# About Hit Listing

Hit Listing is made by Easy Labs Inc. in St. Paul, Minnesota. Who we are, why we built it, and how to reach us.

## What Hit Listing is

Hit Listing writes and records an original song about your listing and cuts it into beat-synced videos for Reels, TikTok, YouTube and the MLS.

Each song is written about one home: the porch, the kitchen, the light in the back bedroom, the trail at the end of the street. It is not a stock track with your address dropped into a template. The videos are cut from your own listing photos and timed to the beat, so the pictures change when the music does.

You get the song, vertical videos for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, a square version for the feed, a widescreen version for YouTube, and an unbranded tour for the MLS. Your first song is free, and after that you buy listing credits in packs. Credits don't expire.

## Why we built it

Most listing marketing looks and sounds the same. The same wide-angle photos, the same slideshow, the same upbeat stock track that every other listing in the feed is using that week. It's easy to scroll past, and sellers have little reason to share it, because there is nothing in it that feels like their home.

We wanted to give agents something their sellers would actually want to send to friends and family. A song about the house they are selling does that in a way a photo carousel doesn't. It gives the listing a reason to be watched and shared, and it gives the agent something to show at the listing appointment that the agent down the street doesn't have.

We also wanted it to be quick. Agents don't have an afternoon to spend on a video for every listing, so the whole thing is built to take a few minutes of your time.

## How it works

1. **Type the address or paste a listing link.** We pull in the photos and details. If the listing isn't live yet (off-market, FSBO or Coming Soon), you can enter it yourself and add your own photos.
2. **Pick a sound.** Choose from 25 styles, from country and pop to R&B, jazz and luxury, in English or Spanish. Or let us pick one from the listing. You can read and edit the lyrics before we record, if you want to.
3. **Get your song and videos.** Songs are usually ready in a few minutes, and we email you when yours is. Every paid listing includes up to three song edits (two on the free preview): make it faster, warmer, or mention the pool. We keep every version and you choose the favorite.

We use AI to help write and produce each song, and every song is screened before you get it. Our [Privacy Policy](https://hitlisting.com/privacy) lists the service providers that process your data and what each one does.

## What we stand behind

**Fair Housing.** Every lyric and caption is screened. Songs describe the home, never who should live there. That means no references to family status, religion, schools, or a neighborhood's "safety," and nothing about who a home is or isn't right for.

**An MLS-safe version.** Every listing includes an MLS tour that leaves out your name, logo and contact details, to fit typical virtual-tour rules. Your branded closing card goes on the social videos only.

**No price in the song.** We write about what makes the home special, not the stats, so the price, beds, baths and square footage stay out. A price change never dates your marketing. If you want a detail in, add it in the notes.

**Your data.** We use your listing details and photos to make your song and videos. Uploaded listing photos are deleted from storage after 30 days; your finished songs and videos are kept so you can download them again. You can delete your account and erase your data yourself from your profile. The [Privacy Policy](https://hitlisting.com/privacy) has the details.
