# Hit Listing for Listing Photographers

Add an original song and beat-synced video cuts to your real estate media packages, made from the photos you already shot and delivered with them.

## Who it's for

Real estate photographers and media teams who already shoot the listing and want one more thing to offer agents. Hit Listing writes and records an original song about the home and cuts it into videos from your photos, timed to the beat. You don't need to shoot video, edit, or license music to deliver it.

## Three ways photographers use it

### An add-on to your media packages

Offer the song and videos as a line item next to photos, floor plans and drone. The agent gets marketing that sounds like their listing, not a stock track, and you get a deliverable that takes a few minutes of your time per listing. The songs and videos are for marketing the listing they were made for.

### Delivered with the photos

Once the photos are edited, start the listing. Paste the listing link if it's live, or choose "Enter it myself" if it isn't on the market yet, add your photos and a description, and pick a sound. Each listing takes between 5 and 40 photos. Songs are usually ready within a few minutes, and we email you when yours is, so the song and videos can go out in the same delivery as the stills.

### Beat-synced cuts from the shoot

The videos are cut from your photos and timed to the music, so the pictures change on the beat. Every listing gets vertical cuts for Reels, TikTok and Shorts at 15, 30, 60 or 90 seconds or the full song, a square version for the feed, a widescreen version for YouTube, and an MLS tour. Your work is what's on screen the whole time.

## What you get with every listing

- The full original song, about two to three minutes long, in one of 25 styles, in English or Spanish
- Vertical, square and widescreen videos cut from your photos
- An unbranded MLS tour with no names, logos or contact details, to fit typical virtual-tour rules
- A closing card on the social videos; the name, brokerage and phone on it are entered per listing, so they can be the agent's
- Up to three song edits, so you can adjust the song to the agent's taste

The agent can share the videos anywhere they market the listing: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, their website, email and open-house screens. Every lyric and caption is screened for Fair Housing, and songs describe the property, never who should live there. The song leaves out the price, beds, baths and square footage, so it stays accurate if the price changes.

## Pricing

Your first song is free, with no credit card, so you can try it on a recent shoot before offering it to clients. After that, buy listing credits in packs of 1, 5 or 12. The larger packs cost less per listing, and credits never expire, so a pack covers slow months and busy ones. See [pricing](https://hitlisting.com/pricing) for the current packs.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can I put my client's details on the videos instead of mine?

The name, brokerage and phone on the closing card are entered for each listing, so you can use the agent's. The logo and headshot come from your account, and you can switch them off for a video. The MLS tour carries no names, logos or contact details at all.

### Can I make a song before the listing goes live?

Yes. Choose "Enter it myself", add your photos and a description, and everything else works the same. That works for Coming Soon and off-market listings.

### What if the agent wants changes?

Every paid listing includes up to three song edits. Make it faster, warmer, or mention the pool, or rewrite the lyrics. We keep every version, and you choose the favorite.
